Biography
My coaching journey began in 2007 and since then I've coached more than 500 individuals, teams, and groups. I hold Master Certified Coach credentials with the International Coaching Federation as well as Level Five credentials with AGCC. I served on the boards of two ICF chapters for a total of eight years. I serve as a mentor coach and a coach trainer for Coach Approach Ministries. My ministry experience includes pastoral, district leadership, and transitional coaching for Teen Challenge students.
In 2017 I moved from Detroit, Michigan, where I was born and raised, and transplanted in northwest Oklahoma to be closer to my two daughters and six grandchildren. Besides my passion for coaching, I love reading legal thrillers, working out at the Y, and laughing at Babylon Bee. And, of course, spending time with my awesome grands.
