Biography
Esther Edwards is a leadership coach, coach trainer, and ordained minister who integrates professional coaching with more than 35 years of ministry experience. Passionate about helping leaders navigate seasons of transition, she equips them to move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose. She earned a Doctorate of Leadership in Global Perspectives from George Fox University in 2025, where her doctoral project, The Minister’s Midlife Quest, introduced a relational coaching framework to support midlife ministers through significant vocational, personal, and spiritual transitions.
Credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, Esther has served as an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God Potomac Ministry Network and, in 2022, co-founded Enjoy the Journey Leadership Coaching with her husband, Keith. She is committed to helping leaders embrace their life stories with purpose and joy, cultivating lasting resilience and meaningful impact. Esther treasures time with her husband, their four daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren.
