The Messy Middle of Life knocks on everyone‘s door at one time or another and often gives little warning. Furthermore, due to the changing lifespan, it can weave its way in and out of life in a nonlinear fashion, bringing with it a torrential rain of major life transitions that desperately need processing. In this webinar, we will discuss the lengthening life span, the hope that midlife brings when processed well, what that means for coaching, and a few helpful tools to encourage transitional intelligence as you coach someone in this area.

Keith and Esther have served together in ministry for 36 years. They are both ordained ministers and serve as ICF certified coaches (Keith PCC, Esther ACC) and coach trainers. With a desire to serve ministers in greater ways through coaching, Keith and Esther launched Enjoy the Journey Leadership Coaching in 2021. Esther recently received her Doctorate in Leadership with Global Perspectives from George Fox University. Her doctoral project served to develop a relational coaching framework to help midlife ministers who are facing major life transitions process their identity, purpose, and future possibilities in light of the changing lifespan landscape. Keith received his Doctorate in Ministry from Regent University in 2006 with his project focusing on the training of church planting coaches. They have four grown daughters, four sons-in-law, and five grandchildren that serve to help them enjoy the journey of life.
